The Guests Are Coming

For those who are checking out Pixelatl for the first time and visit the festival’s website only to find no guest list, there’s something important to mention — something our regular attendees already know: we typically start announcing guests in late July on our social media, and during the first days of August on our website.

Also, we don’t reveal them all at once. We release a few at a time, and it usually takes about two weeks before the full lineup appears on the site.

Why do we do it this way? There’s both a logistical and a communication reason.

On one hand, coordinating so many activities (around 150) and so many guests (over 100) requires a complex logistical design that takes us several months to organize (keep in mind that guests don’t confirm their schedules immediately or all at the same time). On the other hand, there’s so much content that if we published everything at once, it would be overwhelming to go through.

Releasing information gradually helps us better organize the event and allows participants to more easily explore the profiles of the amazing people who will be part of the 2025 festival lineup.
