The Ibero-American Animation League, Guadalajara Creative Digital City, and Pixelatl invite creators from all of Latin America to participate in Shortway 2026.

Shortway is a training and networking strategy for creators who have an animated short film project at an early stage of development. We launched it for the first time in 2020, and over six editions twelve of the selected shorts have been produced and at least five others have secured different funds and support for their production.

If you have an idea for a short film or are looking for allies and partners to develop it, do not miss this opportunity!

The call is open to creators from all of Latin America
To submit a project only the short’s pitch bible is required
Selected projects participate in a free bootcamp, with the participation of international mentors, and receive a Creator pass for Pixelatl 2026
The winning project gets a space to present at the Annecy Festival and also receives a Market pass for the festival.
