Next Thursday, May 14, the first presale for the Pixelatl Festival 2026 will open.

As you know, the presale is only for Creator passes covering the entire festival at a special price (almost a 30% discount). Purchases can only be made through the PayPal platform. During presales, a maximum of two passes per user may be purchased.

How to purchase your presale passes

To acquire your passes, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to elfestival.mx
2. Click the “Presale” button that will appear on May 14 in the center of the homepage
3. Enter your name and password to access the system.
4. Choose the number of passes (only one or two can be purchased during the presale) and click continue.
5. The system will redirect you to PayPal to complete your payment.
6. Once the payment is completed, you will receive an email from Pixelatl confirming the transaction. If you do not receive it (or if it goes to SPAM), you can also verify your purchased passes by entering the “Passes” option in the personal menu located in the upper-right corner of the portal.

Note: Purchased passes will appear with question marks (???) because they are not yet assigned to a user, as the assignment system opens a couple of months before the festival.
