Gabriel Riva Palacio
Co-creator and Animation Director at Huevocartoon | Mexico
Gabriel is an industrial designer from Universidad Iberoamericana with a specialization in 2D and 3D animation in Los Angeles, where he trained at The Walt Disney Studios. He has worked as an animator and animation director for companies such as Ollin Studio, BBDO, and J. Walter Thompson, creating more than 100 shorts, animatics, and characters for brands like Stadtler, Wonder, and Fritolay.
He is the co-creator and Animation Director of Huevocartoon, a franchise with over 500 shorts and six feature films, including Una Película de Huevos (2006), Un Gallo con Muchos Huevos (2015), and Huevitos Congelados (2022).
His work has earned him an Ariel Award, two Diosas de Plata, three Canacine Awards, five Luminus Awards, and recognition from the Mexican Society of Directors.
