Watercolorist & Illustrator | Mexico
Ahoy! I’m Captain Isai, and the day I first saw the sea in my early years, my life changed forever. I studied Design and Visual Communication at the Faculty of Arts and Design at UNAM and have been teaching independently since 2018, as well as at universities such as UAdeO, Universidad Simón Bolívar, Universidad de Guadalajara, the Faculty of Accounting and Administration, and the Faculty of Sciences.
The world of painting and illustration has led me to sail across different seas and collaborate with brands like Maruchan, Pétalo, Wakarelas, Pelikan, Pentel, BeLight, Pinterest, Mecanorma, Edding, MAX, among others. One of my works is currently on exhibition at the National Museum of Watercolor.
I’ve always believed that art education is for everyone, in every context and with whatever skills we may have, and that it can change the world—or at least the way we see and swim through it.
